Account & Data Deletion Instructions
We fully respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data on Fast CV. This page provides detailed steps on how to delete your account and all associated data.
1. Data That Will Be Deleted
- Your personal account data (name, email address, password).
- All CVs you have created or edited.
- Your list of favorite templates.
- Profile photos uploaded to the platform.
- Any data linked to your account in our database.
2. How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all data by following one of these two methods:
Method 1: Via Account Settings
- Log in to your account on the platform.
- Navigate to the Profile page.
- Find the 'Delete Account' section and click the dedicated button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the final deletion.
Method 2: Via Email
- Send a formal deletion request to: firesoft252@gmail.com
- In your email, please include your full name and the email address registered to your account.
- We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.
3. Deletion Processing Time
After confirming your deletion request, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. During this period, you will not be able to use your account. After this period, we will not be able to recover any of your data.
4. Data Exempt from Immediate Deletion
We may retain certain data for a limited period for legitimate legal or security purposes in accordance with applicable regulations, such as financial transaction records if applicable.
